The Fighting Seabees, a Comic


"True Comic" comicbook added a chapter in a 1943 series on the Fighting Seabees which was used as a recruiting tool during WWII.

    My father joined the Sea Bees in feb of 1942. He had been an Ironworker for 17 years, and went in as a Chief. He shipped out with the First C Battalion and spent 4 years in the South Pacific.
